This authentic hotel is surrounded by natural beauty, it runs along the river and has outstanding scenery. We had a room change on Day 1 to awaken to sunshine on our terrace, room 601 with a pool directly outside. We woke to birds singing and water trickling in complete peacefulness. it was early season so no little ones and the sun was perfect temperature. The owner picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable return price. 40 mins journey. Food service staff reception they couldn't do enough for us very hospitable. Thank you to Claudia for all your help. Semih, you did make us laugh. The cute little cleaner was very helpful. Highly recommend a trip to the thermal spa, hire a boat and sail off

It is absolutely beautiful and stunning hotel . 5 stars . It is excellent location also , The staff is so warm welcoming and very helpful . We checked in and Claudia just was so kind and every time if we needed something she was assisting us with any matters . The view from the balcony just was so stunning . The rooms are clean . it is two large swimming pools in hotel . Breakfast was so delicious . We would highly recommend this hotel , The hotel provides transfer to airport and from also . Another fantastic stay at bc spa Firstly the staff and owners are just so friendly and helpful , from Aysun at the spa itself , onur at reception , the bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping , nothing is too much trouble , they make your stay even better if that’s possible . The location is fabulous, breakfast on the riverbank , peaceful , but close to town and 2 pools . Check out hassan for massages and Bhurcu for yoga too.

Fabulous location on the river and just 2 mins walk to the restaurants and town. Nice room with terrace by the pool for us, very good value bar and restaurant, spa is wonderful and very reasonably priced and the staff are welcoming and very friendly.

Location was ideal for us. The breakfast was basic but decent. We had a room right next to the second pool, which was lovely. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.
